Vanessa Banta

Vanessa Banta is an American actress, dancer, writer, and video editor. Vanessa was born in Portland, Oregon to parents Veronica Banta (Burggren) and Troy Bonner. She lived with her mother for a short time until going to live in Yakima, Washington with her paternal grandparents, Robert (a weatherman) and Sherrell Bonner (a house/book keeper). Shortly after that the trio relocated to Spokane, Washington where she was raised. Vanessa fell into acting at an early age, joining every drama program she could, and taking classes with Christian Youth Theater. While attending Shadle Park High School she participated in drama and dance, earning a spot as captain of the competitive dance team. After graduating, Vanessa attended Washington State University in Pullman, Washington where she earned a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Production as well as a minor in Theater Arts. Shortly after graduating, she made the move to Los Angeles, California where she now resides (2019).
