Audrey Larson is a young filmmaker and actress. She wrote, produced, and directed the short film Camping Trip (2016), which won a national gold medal at the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, an audience award at the Cine Las Americas International Film Festival, and was nominated for the Female Rising Star Award at The All-American High School Film Festival. The film screened at 14 film festivals statewide, including Newport Beach Film Festival and Dances with Films. Additionally, Audrey works as a freelance video editor, working on acting reels, promotional videos, documentaries, and events. At age 14, Audrey co-founded Fountain of Youth Productions (FYP), a New England filmmaking organization that produced short films created by youth and conducted community workshops and events. Audrey ran FYP throughout high school, producing two short films with the group-Countdown (2013) and Drawing Inspiration (2015)-and head starting an online summer screenwriting program and script contest. Audrey has taken a turn in front of the camera as well; appearing in student films and as an extra in independent films, a web-series, an HBO series, and a German TV movie.
