Matthew Steggles

Matthew has built up a wealth of experience working for major productions, from Bohemian Rhapsody, The 355, The Great (S2), Small Axe and Christopher Robin to working on Sarah Gavron's Rocks. Most recently, he's Production Coordinated Guy Ritchie's latest film, The Interpreter, filmed entirely in Spain. In 2015, after producing a range of videos for corporate clients, Matthew produced two acclaimed shorts back-to-back, this earned him a pass to network at Cannes, expanding his knowledge of international film markets. He grew up in North Wales and was accepted as a member of the National Youth Film Academy. His short films have been selected at Toronto After Dark Film Festival, Shriekfest, National Film Festival for Talented Youth, Grand Rapids Feminist Film Festival and Exit 6 among others. His music video Lost Days has generated over 1 million hits on YouTube. Matthew secured a distribution deal for the short, Withheld - available on iTunes, Amazon Prime and has reached the top 25 VOD chart on Sky. With this experience, Matthew has begun creating a slate of feature films and TV Dramas to develop and finance over the coming years.
