Maggy Torres-Rodriguez is a Cuban-American screenwriter from Miami, Florida. Since receiving her MFA from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts' Screenwriting program, Maggy has won several awards for her screenplays and produced work. Her scripts have been shortlisted at the Sundance Producing Lab, Screencraft, Final Draft Big Break, the Austin Film Festival, among others, and her short films have garnered more than 20 accolades around the world.
