Kristal was born in Lerwick Shetland. She is Scottish. Started to appear in Aberdeen as the face for the Children's Hospital. Started out on Children's Hospital as a regular guest. Started training in dance when she was just 4 years old. She appeared on TV at a young age, went on to train in acting, improve and did Radio work until she was 18.
