Ford O'Connell

Ford O'Connell is a political analyst and Republican strategist. He worked on the 2008 McCain-Palin presidential campaign. O'Connell is the Chairman of CivicForumPAC and Managing Director of Civic Forum Strategies. In October 2013, O'Connell released his book Hail Mary: The 10-Step Playbook for Republican Recovery. In 2010, Campaigns & Elections magazine named O'Connell a "Rising Star." A frequent guest on Fox News, CNN and other broadcast media, his political commentary has appeared in publications including USA Today, the Associated Press, Reuters, The Washington Post, Washington Times, New York Daily News, U.S. News & World Report, The Hill, Politico, Investor's Business Daily, E! Online, People magazine and ESPN.com. O'Connell holds graduate degrees from the University of Virginia School of Law, Duke University, Northwestern University and the University of Mississippi, in addition to an undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College O'Connell is the grandson of Henry Salvatori, a Republican activist and advisor to three U.S. Presidents.
