Toby Ellmers is a London-based writer. He primarily works within the thriller, crime and dark/dramatic comedy genres. His writing explores the moral and ethical ambiguities that make us human, and consequently his work tends to focus on likeable characters making bad decisions. He is influenced by the work of Martin McDonagh, John Le Carre and the Safdie brothers.
