Firas is a writer, director, and photographer based in Los Angeles, California. Firas earned an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His first feature film "Winter" (2015), which he made as a graduate student, was screened at several Art House film festivals after its premier at the Arab Film Festival in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
