Coraci Ruiz

BA in Dance, MA in Culture and Audiovisual Media and PhD in Multimedia from Unicamp. She has been making documentaries since 2003, when she participated in the founding of the production company Laboratorio Cisco. Her first feature film "Cartas para Angola" (2012), co-directed with Julio Matos, participated in several festivals and won awards in Brazil, Angola, Portugal and Belgium; the second, "Limiar" (2020), has been screened in dozens of festivals in several countries and won twenty-two awards in Brazil and abroad; "Germino pétalas no asfalto" (2022), her third feature film, premiered at the 25th Tiradentes Film Festival.
