Noelle Scarlett

Noelle Scarlett (Born October 28th, 1995) is an New England actress known for her work in theatre namely as an actor, but also serving as a choreographer, and makeup/costume designer. Noelle graduated from Boston College at the top of her class in May of 2018 with a BA in both Theatre Arts and Communication.
