Doctor's thesis on the topic of how evolution changes a lizard to become snake-like: "Der Übergang von Echse zu Schleiche in der Gattung Tetradactylus". Curator for reptiles and amphibians at the (then) State Museum Windhoek (Namibia) between 1983 and 1987.
