Edward Harvey

Edward has had great passion for the arts from an early age. He studied and received diplomas for both Design & Illustration and Digital Modelling & Animation. After finishing university he drifted away from the field of animation and explored his ever-growing interest/talent for composing music. His first experiment with live-action film was making music videos for songs and pieces of music he had written and composed himself. After receiving great feedback from this he realised he had discovered a hidden talent for film. In 2010 he co-founded his media production company Enigmatic Productions with Steven Brown which specialises in all things dark, weird, edgy and vibrant. The company has been evolving nicely since then recruiting another co-owner Johann Chipol in 2013. Enigmatic Productions won their first award in 2014 winning the 24 Hour Film Challenge at Derby Film Festival with their comedy short 'Macho Dan', which was shot, edited and produced by Edward. Since then he has evolved into a self-taught accomplished film maker specialising in screenwriting, directing and composing.
