George Moore

George Moore is a director, screenwriter and script editor, based in South London. George's work has received nominations and awards including Best Director, Audience Award, Best Comedy & Entertainment, as well as accolades from BAFTA- affiliated festivals LSFF & Aesthetica, awards from The Royal Television Society, selection to Short Of The Week, and a long-list nomination for Best British Short Film at BIFA. His multi award-winning 2018 short Beatles comedy 'Paul Is Dead' was met with critical acclaim and went on to achieve cult-status online, receiving hundreds of audience reviews on Letterboxd, as well as fan art and even DIY Halloween costumes. In 2021 he founded Polyrock Films, through which he directed 'Free Spirits', a 30-minute paranormal comedy starring BAFTA-nominee Spencer Jones, due for release in 2023.
