Oliver Thompson is a British filmmaker from Norfolk, East Anglia, UK. He attended Norwich School of Art and Design where he received a BA Hons Degree in Fine Art whilst embarking on his production career. He is an experienced hands-on editor and shooting director. He has worked with production companies, agencies and freelancers all over the world. With more than 140 video projects completed. His work has included broadcast TV shows, advertisements, international news, feature films, short films, NGO videos, corporate videos, live events, theme park rides, children's TV, online promos and even rocket launches. Oliver is known for his professional work with clients including Raptor Aerospace, HBO, Channel 7 News, Al Jazeera, Farwest Entertainment, Mustard Collective, Thaicam, Leeson Media, Microsoft (US), Siren Films, Credit Suisse, Saban, Nissan, Youtube Fan Fest, AFP, Ogilvy and Mather, National Geographic, Yoma Bank, Production Bureau. He has Directed several short films. Including, In The Shadow Of Death, Echo, The Little Monster, The Fornax Void, Distant Memories, Metamorphosis, The Dark Age, Before The Dark Age, Sweetcheeks, The Deadly Sentence, Ubergeek and The Lost Souls of Caramore. On occasion he has also been spotted in Tunisia making his own (non profit) Star Wars fan films.
