Alice Bauer

Alice Bauer, born on the 30th of March 1993 in the Kanton Thurgau, successfully finished her 3-year studies in acting at the EFAS (European Film Actor School) in Zurich in 2016.Already as a child she loved to play different roles and create her own world. At parents' evenings her parents were often told the sentence "Alice is a dreamer". On stage, the dreams of the Swiss with a Turkish mother indeed became reality: for 14 years, Alice involved her first great passion, namely dancing, in her life. She was eager to learn different dancing styles like Hip-Hop, Belly dance, Salsa or Jazz at various schools. More and more Alice felt attracted to acting, and in 2012 she was admitted to the acting school EFAS. During her studies she taught Hip-Hop dancing and worked as a TV moderator for the Lifestyle & Nightlife broadcast "Freakish" on MTV in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She moderated at multiple large events and movie premieres, such as for instance the James Bond Premiere in Las Vegas. She could also tap from her creativity in her own Freakish Chartshow as well as for the cinema tips. Besides performing in advertising spots for a number of Swiss movies, she additionally featured in multiple short movies, as well as cinema movies. In her first cinema movie "The Youth" (2014) with director Paolo Sorrentino she worked with Hollywood stars like Jane Fonda, Harvey Keitel and Michael Caine. In the Swiss movie "Rewind" (2014) she played Sonja, who is one of the main figures. The short movie "Red Snow" (2015) starred her as the main figure Mia, and in the new television sitcom "XGENCY" (2017-2018) she plays the main figure Svetlana.
