Omar Augusto Luis, A.K.A AcentOh is an actor, composer and musician, from Dominican Republic, made his debut as the protagonist in the film "MOSH," which premiered in the Cairo International Festival, Egypt 2019. He began his acting career in 2011, with the short film "El ave del Paraiso" (Bird of Paradise) from Director Ivan Herrera which was a National Film Selection that year. With this first short film he made the transition from music into film and has continued to create artistic projects of great cultural importance for its proposal of the Dominican imaginary, work that stands out because it shows a harsh reality nuanced by a clear artistic sensibility that dominates each of his roles. Omar Augusto Luis has worked in multiple films that have been selected in festivals such as Tribeca Film Festival, Cairo Film Fest and the International Fine Arts Film Festival. He has worked for networks such as the BBC in his series "Ordinary Lies" and in Sony's remake of the romantic comedy "50 first Dates "with Adam Sandler, as well as many other, international and local independent Film Production Companies.
