Born and raised in Florida, Dina has always had an interest in creative writing and the arts. She grew up in the metro-Orlando area, she was a member of the theater group "The Clubhouse Kids". She has acted in theater productions as well as short/indie films. She resides in Seattle, WA. Instructed by WMEs Christopher Lockhart, Dina engaged in the art of screenwriting. She has written Broken Circle (short-2015), and multiple comedy, drama, psychological thrillers, and sit-coms in various stages of completion. She co-produced Samca (2015) and Two-Eleven (2015). She has recently written, produced, and directed an untitled (short) horror project, stepping into this genre for the first time. Dina wrote, directed and produced Cravings from Within (2019), for which she has been nominated and won awards for best director. She has just completed Pandemonium (2020), her second horror project. Her interest is building strong female roles, as well as working with other women in film to create meaningful stories. She has Tourette Syndrome, being a strong advocate for children with TS, as well as working with and advocating for those with severe psychiatric disorders. In the future, she is planning a documentary about Tourette Syndrome, as well as various psychiatric disorders and new groundbreaking treatments.
