Nimrod Amitai

Nimrod Amitai is a director, scriptwriter, producer, and owner of Propalta films, his production company based in Santiago, Chile. Nimrod was born in Mexico City in 1982. In 2008, with only 26 years, he wrote and directed the only adaptation in Spanish of the acclaimed television series The Office (BBC). Then, in 2011, he created and wrote the award-winning local series "El Reemplazante." Then, in 2015, he created, wrote and directed the political drama "Juana Brava", a series that was also produced by Propalta. Both the "Replacement" and "Juana Brava" were acquired by the giant Netflix to be exhibited in more than 30 countries. Today, Nimrod aims to develop series designed for global audiences, seeking to make a name in the US and Latin market.
