Aya Tiba was born in Beirut on the 19th of April. She returned to Beirut and self-published her first book "Time Versus Future" in April 2012. She stroke lucky and started her acting career when she took a part in Ala'eda Season 1 and 2. Afterwards, she played a supporting role in Wled El Balad that was the key to her fame and won a Murex D'or as the Best Promising Star for "Aycha's role". She continued her success by taking a part in Myriam Fares's first TV series "Ittiham" and then "Alakat Khassa" which was her first leading role along with stars from Egypt, Syria and Lebanon. In 2015, she starred for the first time in a short film titled "The Blind of the Cathedral" for the Lebanese director Nadine Asmar which toured international film festivals and for which she received the Best Leading Actress Award in Morocco and Nigeria.
