Christhiano Rodrigo Vásquez Dantas or simply Chris Dantas was born in Brasília, Brazil, on November 11th of 1986 and had started his artistic life in music already in his younger years, showcasing since always an accurate perception for melodies and outstanding fine tuning. He then started to take singing lessons, in order to develop his natural gift, whence he came to be greatly influenced by Musical Theater. He had been in many local spectacles ever since, such as "Jesus Christ Superstar"; "Jekyll & Hyde"; Mozart's "The Magic Flute"; Rossini's "The Barber of Seville"; and other recitals and concerts also in his hometown. Besides that, Chris Dantas also acted for director Thiago Moyses, for his debut in the cinema, at the movie "ZAN" and appears in the movie "Hopekillers" of the same filmmaker. He also has had a little experience in dubbing in Brasília, lending his voice talent to bring characters to life. Nowadays, besides acting, Chris Dantas teaches singing in his house; studies at the renowned music school "Escola de Música de Brasília"; and yet is the pupil of the renowned lyric tenor with vast experience in Musical Theater, Jean Nardoto.
