Simon Medard

Simon Medard is animator at the animation workshop Camera-etc where he leads collective workshops in Belgium and aboard. He has directed many musical videos, teasers and animation shorts using different techniques. Interested in all forms of art, he also expresses himself through video and plastic arts, and has taken part in several exhibitions, performances and installations. The animation studio Camera-etc produces art-house films and collective works characterized by a freedom of tone and a sophisticated graphic design that is renewed constantly. By portraying a sensitive look on society, its productions have been selected for and rewarded in international festivals.
