Coco grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania living two lives: one as the farm girl and the other as a member of a successful family publishing business. She learned early on the skill of dropping into the role of the "put-together New York business-woman" one day to fingers deep in the mud and picking her dinner off the vine the next. This dual life allowed her to not only see many places but to also learn how to adapt and blend into any situation, which is exactly why acting has been a part of her life ever since she was little. Growing up, Coco participated in professional ballet programs, musicals, and plays, before deciding to take a look behind the camera during college. She left Syracuse University with a major in Film production and a minor in Theatre. For the past 11 years, Coco has worked in almost every role behind the camera, with an emphasis on costume and post-production. However, when the lockdown came, Coco was forced to realize that her happy place was in front of the camera, not behind. Coco believes taking the time to learn the art of making a film or television show has helped make her an even stronger actress. Since 2020, she has been pursuing her career as an actor and voice actor. Observing people, learning what makes them who they are, and approaching them with empathy rather than judgment, has been her greatest gift when it comes to acting. There are so many roles in life that she wishes she could play, and acting allows her to experience every one of them. For Coco, acting is a safe haven of brutal honesty and truth and is far away from the world of partial truths that we currently live in.
