Amy Rowlands

Amy was born in Aberystwyth to welsh parents. She moved to Reading when she was three where she became interested in acting and joined a local drama group. Amy lived in Reading until she was twelve where her love of drama grew. From the age of eleven, as she started secondary school, she became home-educated. At the age of twelve however, Amy moved with her parents and brother to Pujols in the south of France. She completed a second year home-schooling in France, but then joined her local French secondary school where she continued her education. When Amy turned sixteen and had to choose what subjects to study for her French Baccalaureate, her parents wanted her to study something that would give her job security later in life. She went on to study French cuisine as her Baccalaureate and four years later, came out as a fully trained French chef. Twenty year old Amy moved back to Wales and finally had the chance to start acting again. She studied drama at university for three years and began to get small parts in short films and promotional videos while she was at university in Cardiff. By the following January after finishing university, Amy had an agent, she had a main part in online sitcom series Long Shots (2018) and would soon get a main role in her first feature film Offworld (2018).
