Austin Meehan comes from an Irish family in the small town of Mt. Arlington, New Jersey. He grew up performing in various school theater productions, but his main focus was originally in sports. He later attended Clemson University in South Carolina and then moved on to study acting extensively in New York City, discovering his passion. While Austin has evolved into a unique, talented, and dedicated actor, deeply committed to his art, he continues to hone his skills and craft. Additionally, he has remained very active with physical training and sports, enjoying golf, tennis, basketball, soccer, and billiards. He also plays piano and trumpet. Austin's acting roles have ranged from the leading man in "To Get to Here" to the maniacal villain in the short film "Grafters". He has appeared on various television productions, including Fox Network's hit series "The Following", and has also starred in the exciting short films "Welcome to Roxbury", "One Gentleman; or a Spectacle of Love", and "Tied Down".
