Franco Mari known as Rupert Sciamenna (Milan, January 23, 1947) is an actor and Italian comedian. He is known, above all, for the many sketches together with Marcello Macchia (Maccio Capatonda), Luigi Luciano (Herbert Ballerina) and Enrico Venti (Ivo Greedy). Since February 28, 2013 Mari participates in the television series "Mario", written and directed by Marcello Macchia, which airs on MTV Italy. Among the main sketch that Mari has interpreted and directed by Marcello Macchia are Rocchio 47 ("Rocky Balboa" parody), "Il vecchio conio", "Ahia ma sei scemo", and many others, all with the stage name of Rupert Sciamenna, went to broadcast on "Mai dire Lunedì", "Mai dire Martedì", La7 and All Music. It was one of the "All Music Show" protagonists, always alongside Marcello Macchia. Rupert Sciamenna also starred in the series "La villa di lato", where he plays the part of a landlord of a villa "almost cursed". He also played the role of Lord Micidial, the main antagonist in the "Mario" TV series, broadcast by MTV. Mari has also participated in some video clips, as "Parco sempione" Elio e le Storie Tese, where he plays the Region President Roberto Formigoni. His humor is based essentially on the typical style of the character, playing so caricatured highly placed personages, tragic, arrogant, cunning and evil, making extensive use of singular spoken, grimaces or verses, and laughter from the grotesque evil accent.
