Katie Fullerton (born 30 May 1981) is an American Actress, Director and Singer. She works in film, theater, commercial and television. She has been most recognized in: Warrior Pride (2018) A film where life imitates game time when it comes to the tribulations of the basketball court; Dream Deferred: Detroit, 1967 (2017) A theatrical appearance that gave voice to the unique experiences and perspectives of a cross-section of Detroiters, sharing the message of what really happened during the Detroit Rebellion and how everyone can learn from the pain of their shared past. Katie welcomed the opportunity to stretch herself artistically by portraying the roles of multiple characters (7) ranging in the ages of 20 to 85 years old. For 2 seasons, Katie co-starred in the MyTv 20 sitcom Because We're Men where she played Kyla, an energetic and sassy, yet level-headed sister and true friend; dedicated to helping her friends through their irrational escapades. The show received positive reviews and Katie received much attention for her performance. After a long and varied career in Metro Detroit's theatrical community, Katie made her directorial debut in 2012 at the Millennium Center's production of Caught Up. She went on to co-direct her first feature film, Coffee Talk in 2017. Katie Fullerton has an equal love and passion for both acting and directing. Her efforts are to always ensure the quality and completeness of each production and to lead the members of the creative team into realizing their artistic vision for it.
