Darius Norowzian

Darius blurs the lines of documentary and drama, creating films that explore universal themes and relatable problems. His ability to work with non-actors as well as established actors is at the heart of what makes his work engaging. Notable commercial credits include FA Cup (BBC), Hilton Hotels The Hilton Effect campaign (Winner, Puerto Rico International Film Festival, 2019) and Red Bull Ride To The Roots. Further directing credits include Amazon, Heathrow Airport, Samsung, HSBC, Greenpeace and General Electric. His critically acclaimed documentary Born A Believer (Amazon Prime) follows South London charity Carney's Community on their journey to rehabilitate ex-offenders and disaffected youths through the medium of boxing and one to one mentoring. A founding member of No Dog Films, Darius directed, co-produced and edited No Dog (Nominee - Best Short Film, British Urban Film Festival 2021, Cannes Short Film Corner & Winner - Best Casting, Kinsale Shark Awards 2021), based on the critically acclaimed novel The Lost Boyz (Waterside Press, 2011) by Justin Rollins. The feature length version of No Dog is in development. Darius also founded StoryFactory Films, a boutique hospitality-focused content company.
