Tessa Hope Slovis is an American TV/Film and Theater actor, and published writer. She grew up in Montclair New Jersey and attended Barnard College at Columbia University, graduating with a dual degree in Theatre and Anthropology. She has since been seen on stage off-Broadway and regionally, at the Robert Moss Theater (NYC) , The Flea (NYC), Center Theatre Group's Kirk Douglas Theater (LA), Berkshire Theater Group and The Echo Theater Company (LA). She recently made her directorial debut with her short film Pizza Party- a dark, witty re-imagining of the night before the Larry Nassar trials began. It is in post production. She holds an MFA in Acting from the USC School of Dramatic Arts (2019) and is currently bi-coastal between Los Angeles and New York.
