An imaginative young Australian girl, born in Melbourne, then off to Brisbane and back to Sydney. Her many hours spent digging in dirt and pretending to be dramatically chased by herds of bush turkeys (actually that was real) paid off. In year 2 she wrote her first play "Alien Nation". She then randomly cast, costumed and stringently directed the piece under the shade of the gum trees at the back of the school oval. A truly memorable performance and even though the peer-reviews were harsh; "You suck." Matt H. The passion to captivate her fellow students was there. Acting on stage by 12, at the famed Marian St. Children's Theatre (Killara) she performed an array of child-loved characters such as Beauty in Beauty and the Beast, The Ugly Step Sister (Cinderella), Rumpelstiltskin and The Queen Fairy. Working directly with Margie Mcrae and Terry Ryan. Completing her AMEB Speech and Drama Grade 7, her love of acting, poetry and beautiful writing was cemented. Combined with a love of Art Direction with the completion of a BA of Design in 2005. Returning to her first love in 2013, Kelly has worked in Australia professionally for Dee Why Theatre Group, Point Break and has continued to enjoy the telling of great stories.
