Josie Axelson

Josie Axelson is a multi-hyphenate actress, dancer, and singer newly relocated to New York City. Her love for performing sparked in equity theaters across the Twin Cities of Minnesota at age 9 & continued to grow upon entering the film industry at age 11. She is the true embodiment of a triple threat, with years of professional training and experience in dance (14), singing (9), and acting (8). She is best known for her high level of professionalism, flexibility, kindness, and hunger for learning. Josie is nearing the end of her BFA training in Drama at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University with plans to graduate early in Spring 2024. She believes that the arts have the ability to change minds and share the untold stories of our world. Josie Axelson is ready for a life of performing and creating art that transforms people, the same way film and theatre continue to transform her.
