Paradox has an operating strategy to acquire, develop, finance and produce projects in conjunction with upcoming directors and a mix of established stars and rising newcomers with a slate of films scheduled for 2019 Pinball Run Films: Founder (2014-current) A boutique film company based in the Midwest, Pinball Run Films' first project was a highly awarded documentary 'The Flying Dutchmen' (2015) that garnered strong critical and audience acclaim Genesis Products: President and Co-Founder (2002-2013) Genesis was listed in 2007 in the Inc. 500 as the 8th fastest-growing manufacturing company in the US, with an unprecedented 846% growth rate between 2003-2007. Jon sold his stake in the company in 2013 and began collaborating with teams of independent film makers
