Cecilia was born in Milan, Italy, granddaughter of the venetian artist Vincenzo Eulisse, she grows up surrounded by Art. She debuted at the age of six in the music video of the Italian group "Quartiere Latino" and shortly as testimonial for UNICEF, in the campaign for the protection of the rights for childhood. From then, a cycle of events will bring her to continue the journey in Art. She is commissioned a VideoArt for the opening of the international event "Senza confine", a historical retrospective of the travel poster of the Euro - Afro - Asian countries, held at the Macro Museum of Rome. The same year, the artist and friend Cristiano Quagliozzi commissioned her an opera for the collective event related to the publication of his book: "Quando gli uomini non avevano le ali". She also prepares a performance with friend and coworker Veronica Baleani for Fandango, winning an award and a scholarship by FUIS (unitary federation Italian authors). Working for Fandango, she also writes the video "L'onda" directed by Lucio Castagneri. Still in 2014 she is protagonist in the Videoclip of the group "Percussion Voyager", but is in 2015 that she comes back to Cinema with the lead role of Giuly, in the film "Horror in Venice" directed by Latino Pellegrini, entirely shoot in English. The same year arrives also the first International project, "Price for freedom", American movie based on the book and real story by Marc Benhuri, about the Islamic revolution of '79, in Iran. She works along movie stars like Paul Sorvino and Navid Negahban playing the role of Young Maheen.
