Monchel Sharp

Monchel breaks on to the silver screen in a'Ali DeSousa's Broken Heroes. She is the winner of the talent search by Soulstorm Media Group for a real life military veteran to portray one of the female lead roles in the upcoming film. Born in Wisconsin, she entered the military at the behest of her mother. After 8 years service in the US Army Monchel settled into helping other veterans with the struggles of PTSD and acclamation to civilian life. DeSousa was up from LA to attend a Northern California Film Coalition meeting and the rest was soon to become history. Monchel was involved in a coalition project and entered the room later where he saw her for the second time and asked her to screen test for the film. The results in her inaugural screen role she will portray Maria Andrade wife of the films tragic hero (portrayed by a'Ali DeSousa). Monchel's frank and sometimes impish personality is a delightful asset to projects she is involved with and it will no surprise if this soldier's screen career skyrockets.
