Joanna Krawczyk was born in Krakow, Poland. From her early years she was interested in various forms of art, being highly involved in theatre and dancing. Since she wrote her first script at the age of eight, she wrote, directed and acted in a lot of stage plays. Her passion for photography and visual arts came around middle school. Ambitious and determined to settle in Los Angeles, Joanna successfully finished the International Baccalaureate high school program and recently graduated New York Film Academy in Los Angeles with BFA in Filmmaking. Her Passion for a neo-noir psychological thriller genre, combined with highly stylized, but clear vision, lead to her debut - a well received short "Grief", as well as recent short thriller: "Heather's Appetite.
