Alison Law is a Cum Laude Honors Alumni of Howard University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Alison is an actress, producer, writer and classically trained violinist, based in Los Angeles. She decided to switch gears from journalism to an actress, making her first debut (2017) with a Proactive commercial. In 2017 Alison also received her first film appearance on PureFlix "Beyond The Shield" alongside Omar Gooding and Patrick Kilpatrick. Keeping the momentum going in 2018, Alison's roles expanded into film and scripted television. Alison starred on two seasons of a web series known as "My Best Friend Best Friend" which received over 1 million views on Youtube. Alison took part in multiple independent films on platforms such as Amazon, Tubi TV, etc. Alison's dedication and commitment landed her a role in HBO's "Insecure" (season 3) along side actor Jay Ellis, "Compton's Finest" starring Cisco Reyes and Malik Whitfield, and NBC's Will & Grace (revival Season 3). Most recently, Alison received a supporting role starring opposite Aaron Paul on Netflix's El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. Alison has also covered numerous Hollywood events as both a red carpet host and correspondent. She has also gained international experience working with the Cannes Film Festival. Through her acting and gift for gab, Alison has worked with the likes of Smokey Robinson, Omari Hardwick, Loretta Devine, Regina Hall, Anthony Anderson, Floyd Mayweather, Snoop Dogg, Hunter Hayes, Tia Mowry, Kendrick Lamar, Meagan Good, Chris Paul, John Wall, Paul George, and the list goes on.... Alison Law was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and she has been in the arts since the second grade. She's attended the Cleveland School of the Arts, and she was active on a scholarship with the Cleveland Music Settlement. Alison grew up performing in stage plays throughout the greater Cleveland area. Alison has recently relocated to Los Angeles and has acting training with Margie Haber, Aaron Speiser, Groundlings Theater and School, Killian McHugh and Tasha Smith. Alison's work has appeared on Rolling Out, Dash Radio, Entertainment Scoop, BlackTree TV, Press Pass LA, AfterBuzz TV, and HHB Media.
