He did have the pleasure of working with Maritza Brikisak from Burbank, California on a short film from a three script screenplay he created. Mr. Franke believes that the actor(s) creates the character(s), so many times he develops the character in his screenplays around a certain actor/actress. This allows him to use raw talent and to highlight the actor's ability on screen that they can take with them in their other pursuits. He also strongly believe in everyone having fun on his sets and also making everyone feel equally important. His projects are a team endeavor, and each member of the team has a very important part, he or she plays. He has also been on countless podcasts and radio shows across the country talking about his philosophy on making Indie films with little or no budgets. E & L Production's motto is "Making the Vision a Reality" has worked in their productions, regardless of how large or how small they are.
