Andy O'Neill was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1984. He had an interest in film making from an early age. In 2001 at the age of 17, he made his first film on a consumer miniDV camcorder. In 2014 he founded O'Neill Films to produce high quality films and pilots to bring to TV networks.
