Eric Stalnaker was born in Camp Hill, PA. At a very young age his family moved to Williamsport, PA where he grew up and attended Loyalsock Township High School. In 1995, he moved to Sarasota, FL working in the business field. During this time, he also began his interest in writing and filmmaking, working on unaccredited rewrites for the independent film, The 19th Hole. It wasn't enough to propel his career into filmmaking full-time however and in 2001 he went back to school. In 2003 he graduated from the University of Central Florida with and Education degree and began a teaching career. This gave him the opportunity to teach the art of the story, and after several years, he began writing again. In 2015, Eric received an offer to co-write and direct an independent sitcom, Faith Springs. Since then, he has gone on to write and direct several more projects. He lives in Minneola, FL with his wife and 3 children.
