Trace Talbot is drawing interest from casting directors all over the US for film and TV. Most recently he was nominated for BEST ACTOR for the Manhattan Shorts 2020 World Wide Film Festival for his role as Josh in the film, Two Little Boys. Over the past 5 years he was cast in 11 films playing both supporting and lead roles. Producers are supportive of his passion and said "He's down to earth, yet has and undeniable sparkle that also translates and commands your attention on the screen and in the editing room." He's known for quickly creating an emotional and realistic bond between himself and his co-actors. Directors often comment he's the "can do kid" on set and "up to try anything" to get the shot they need and dependable to a fault. He was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and works as a local in both Northern and Southern California. He began acting on stages in 2nd grade in ensembles and then made a natural progression to supporting and lead roles. Dialogue heavy roles became one of his strengths as he was trusted with of upwards of 250+ lines by the age of 11. But he craved new challenges and was picked up by the top Northern Cal kids agency, Marla Dell Talent ( MDT) where he quickly booked/direct booked several commercials including favorites, Volkswagen, Apple, Comcast/ Xfinity, EERO, and United Healthcare. He also, after working with The North Face for a year in print and fit modeling, was selected to fill 1 of the 2 boy model runway spots to reveal their entire new teen line to an audience from around the world. But his desire for more challenging acting with more dialogue, although usually less financially rewarding, drove his interest to pursue shorts, features and TV projects. He just loves meeting new creative people, being on-camera and doing what comes naturally. His most note worthy feature films and roles were Unleashed (2016) as the water gun kid, Apparition (2017) as the prison boy, Shutout (2017) as the leads son and White Terror (2018) in a supporting role. He's held lead roles in many short films including favorites, Two Little Boys, The Text Generation, and Out Of The Dark, all which gave him opportunities to show a lovable kid but with a dramatic and unique flare. He continues exploring TV projects and films and the future looks bright for this up and coming actor.
