Stuart Newman

Stuart Newman is an English Punk Rock musician, author and film maker. Primed by the second generation of British Street Punk in the 1980's, Newman left behind a life of petty street thuggery to publish the underground music magazine, Control! before teaming up with cult film makers. Visionary Communications (aka Jettisoundz) to produce straight to VHS but influential punk rock doc's 'The Exploited - Rock n' Roll Outlaws', 'Oi! The Video pt's 1 & 2' and 'Holidays in the Sun' before moving into the digital domain with the hugely successful but short lived, Kontrol! website and digital fanzine. The new millennium saw the completion of Newman's last punk film, the epic 'StreetPunk - The Move' before moving into full time Broadcasting employment. Stuart Newman is now an audio engineer with almost 20 years experience, and almost as long in sobriety - specializing in short form promotions for Broadcast TV and holistic audio. In 2015 Newman produced EnTrance - the gateway to a new you, a 1000+ hour Self Help audio library. A high end, low cost self help option, especially those with addiction issues. Newman spent from 2008-2018 recording and touring with British Punk band, Underclass UK.
