At the age of eight, Chloe began playing guitar and writing songs because she was inspired by Hannah Montana: The Movie. Since then, she has performed in places such as New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Nashville, Minneapolis, New Orleans, Dublin, Barbados, and elsewhere. Chloe has played in places such as The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, House of Blues in New Orleans, the Opry City Stage and The Bitter End in New York City. Chloe released her first single, "Upside Down," at age eleven, and later released her first EP titled "5@15" in September of 2015. All of the songs on the album were written and performed by Chloe, and it was recorded at Grind Central Station in Nashville. She was the subject of a documentary film, "Song #81," and has been featured in the pilot of the television show "Welcome To The Barn" and the short film "Mad House." Her original songs have gotten radio airplay worldwide, including countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The song "I've Had Enough," which was written and recorded by Chloe, was featured on the ABC Family channel television show The Vineyard when she was eleven years old.
