Born in Beijing, China in 1990. She attended The High School Affiliated to the Academy of Art and Design of China, learning traditional drawing and painting. Later on Xin attended University in UK. After graduating, she joined Ubisoft as an animator working in the game industry and attended online animation school at AnimSchool.com. In 2015 she joined Framestore in London as an animator to work on a numbers of films such as Jungle Book (2018) and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016).
