Hailey Todd is an American actress born in Jacksonville, Florida. Hailey is cheerful, energetic, and caring, she is the middle child with two brothers. She began her career in entertainment with multiple musicals at her elementary school where she found a love for being in front of a crowd. She is best known for her role as "Steffi" in Ortega River Rats. Hailey is in competitive gymnastics and loves to draw. In Hailey's down time she likes spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
