Jacquie Militano

Jacquie Militano is a Jersey-raised/story-crazed content creator, actor and producer with 10+ years of production, coaching, acting and writing experience in the entertainment and media industries. As an actress, she is often thought of as a modest blend of Anne Hathaway, Rashida Jones and Joan Cusack - cheery, sassy and quirky! After spending the better part of her childhood onstage at Worth Tyrrell Studios, playing in the London theatre scene, and graduating from George Mason University with a BA in Theater and Best Actress honor - she eagerly jumped into the NY industry. She has appeared in and collaborated on various contemporary theater projects with Matthew Corozine Studio Theatre and Primary Stages. And since 2005, she has performed in a number of productions with Walt Disney Entertainment and even played host to the "Kids Concern Show" on-air at Radio Disney NY. Jacquie founded Q.U. Productions Co., as a place to create and develop original web series and digital media projects. The Anonymous Lives of John & Jane is her first of many web productions and is now in its 2nd season! The series received press accolades from The Skinny NYC, Broadway World, NetTV Now, Rye the News Guy and Covert Bacon. Celebrating the women of web, Jacquie with Q.U. Productions Co. also teamed up with sister production company AKA Studio Productions to host The Ladies Who Launch events - to help inspire, honor, and build up a community of creative women active in the industry. Beyond Q.U., she grew her producing career as the accomplished Video Producer at CafeMedia, creating original content for CafeMom. She then became the Senior Video Producer at The Knot Worldwide (formerly XO Group Inc.), leading all video strategy and creation for The Knot and The Bump. She has also acted as Talent Producer for the Times Square New Year's Eve Webcast 2017 with Live X. And in 2019 she was a Freelance Producer for Babylist, creating and starring along side her son in a number of their web videos! Previously, she worked with Walt Disney Entertainment, Radio Disney, KJK Productions, Radio City Music Hall, Manhattan Movement and Arts Center, Mundlton Inc., Strategic Entertainment, Paper Mill Playhouse and Primary Stages in a wide range of directing, producing, marketing, performing and teaching roles.
