Born into the largest, most recognized organized crime families of the U.S. I (Celina Castellano Gambino) am the great god daughter of The God Father, C. Paul Castellano Gambino. I and my family was moved from the Staten Island estate to upstate NY Sullivan County Castskills. Where I honed my abilities for the stage for years. My early upbringing involved a draw to theatrical performances, beauty pageantry, choir, of which had predicted my love for the stage. Maturing to young adulthood I was given opportunity for state to state travel and learned a lot on my adventures over the years. I realized how stigmatized people like me are. People who struggle with severe anxiety, DPF, PTSD, chronic depression, other diagnosed mental health conditions. By being discriminated, harassed or stigmatized too. I felt at this I had to do something to bring unity. I embarked on my vectored mission to be a beacon of inspiration and strength to anyone struggling with MHC. To believe in themselves that they can take responsibility and better themselves, to the best they can be. To inspire the internal flame to fight for themselves and overcome the stigmatized mental barriers forcing them into molds. To seek routs to assist in professional help to those who normally wouldn't seek it. To do this, I throw myself in front of the camera. Body scars, traumas and all. Since the founding of my modeling and acting career I have not had my scars covered, or edited for any of my photo-shoots, or publications. I have had the incredible opportunity early on to work with high named brands such as Harley Davidson, Disney Imagineer Workshop, Breaking Glass Pictures film Beyond The Night, directed by Jason Noto. Enjoyed working with outstanding talents in photography such as Nino Ignacio, Donald Handson, Moises Baez. Premiered in multiple runway fashion shows, on catwalk for wedding gown boutiques of NYC at The Eagles Nest NY. This mission of empowerment has been a professional challenge and a challenge I was alert to and prepared to fight. I have been through the ringer to uphold my mission statement. Inspire others with my own stories. To be the most beautiful themselves they can be. To break the stigmatized mold of scars are sins to the skin and should be covered. My scars are the stories of my survival of the ongoing fight with myself. My greatest, most formidable enemy.
