Danni Parsons

Mentored by some of NZ's most highly regarded casting directors, coached by Miranda Harcourt & has worked alongside world renowned directors on Mortal Engines, Ghost in the Shell & Avatar as an actor/body double for Juliette Binoche, Scarlett Johansson and Caren Pistorius amongst others. Danni is a singer-songwriter for an acoustic duo 'In the Shallows' alongside Lance Shepherd who was a touring/recording guitarist for Martina Topley-Bird UK - ex Tricky, working with producers such as Johnny Dolla (Massive Attack) Leila Arab (Bjork). 'In the Shallows' released an original 'Live Lounge' EP in August 2019 & their debut Album is set to be released in later in 2020 (produced by Steve Rokosh, Nashville USA/Calgary CA). Danni works mainly in Film, TV, Music & Theatre as a performer, Singer-songwriter/recording artist, in production, casting & as a crew member on film sets.
