Born in Derby, Connecticut, to Tom & Dione Birdsall. Dillon always knew he would make movies; growing up an only child in rural Maine, Dillon Spent countless hours watching film and TV, eventually deciding that acting would be the way he got into the industry. Earning a degree from Florida School of the Arts in Dramatic Arts, he went to New York to pursue acting after graduating college. After attempting to make it as a working actor for a year, he was almost ready to quit film altogether. Still, he decided to make a documentary from an idea that he had in college about his virginity. His first feature film "V-Card," came out in 2018 Now an award-winning documentary filmmaker, Dillon is pursuing documentary film, narrative, online content, and podcasting.
