Samuel Ryan Butler

Samuel Ryan Butler BSc (Hons) began his film making journey in 2013 as a behind-the-scenes filmmaker on short films; 'THE WOODS' and 'SCARECROW'. His work was screened alongside the films at 'The Hospital Club' in London. In the Summer of 2015 Samuel worked on his first independent feature, ASTRAL, produced by Craven Street Productions and starring Frank Dillane of 'Fear The Walking Dead' fame. He was introduced to the Role of D.I.T and from there found a new avenue of interest within the filmmaking world. He took this new interest and in early 2016 worked along side HundyGilbert Media on their Promotional Short 'FLYTRAP' as the D.I.T for the production. During this time, Samuel began working closely with the Bedford Film Making Cooperative and in Summer 2016 he will make his directorial debut with them.
