Tina Feyrer

Tina Feyrer is born in Vienna. She is a director, writer and cinematographer and made her feature film directorial debut with the surrealistic movie Night Sea Journey (2016). The film earned Feyrer several nominations for directing and cinematography. Night Sea Journey was nominated for Miami Independent Film Festival, Los Angeles CineFest, Lisbon International Film Festival, Hollywood Film Competition, Blow-Up Chicago International Arthouse Festival and for International Filmmaker Festival of World Cinema Milan in the categories Best Director of a Foreign Feature Film, Best Lead Actress in a Foreign Language Film, Best Supporting Actress in a Foreign Language Film and Best Cinematography in a Foreign Language Film. Night Sea Journey won the Best Foreign Feature Award at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival, the Award of Recognition at the The IndieFest Film Awards, the Award of Recognition in the categories Foreign Feature and Woman Filmmaker at the Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival and the Best Narrative Feature Film Award at the Hong Kong Arthouse Film Festival.
