Robert Bell III

Robert Bell is an American screenwriter, director, and producer. Robert was born in Philadelphia and studied film in Philadelphia, Chicago, and LA. In He won the Damn Fine Film Award at the 2017 Ocean City Film Festival for his documentary "Bern". Robert is a graduate of Columbia College Hollywood where he graduated with BFA in Writing For Cinema.
